JoyDrop User Terms

Clear rules for every ride, order and delivery.

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the JoyDrop app, website, wallet, customer services and approved partner tools.

Effective 17 August 2026Customers, riders and shopsPakistan

1. Acceptance and accounts

By creating an account or using JoyDrop you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and do not share or transfer an account. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement; riders and regulated-service participants must meet all applicable age, licence and eligibility rules.

2. JoyDrop services

JoyDrop connects customers with riders, goods-movement providers and local shops. Availability, routes, estimated arrival times and estimates can change due to traffic, distance, demand, weather, service type or operating conditions. A request becomes confirmed only when the app shows confirmation.

3. Customer responsibilities

Provide an accurate pickup, drop-off, recipient and order description; meet the rider safely; check rider and vehicle details; keep the start code private until pickup; pay the final disclosed amount; and do not request unlawful, dangerous, restricted or misdescribed goods.

4. Rider, vehicle and delivery eligibility

Riders may receive and accept only services enabled for their approved profile and active compatible vehicle. Motorcycle, auto-rickshaw, loader, car and delivery permissions are not interchangeable. Documents and vehicle details must remain valid. Delivery access is an explicit permission and may be paused or removed separately.

5. Fares, wallet and settlements

You agree to pay the final fare, order total, disclosed cancellation charge and valid adjustment. Cash and JoyDrop Wallet are supported only as displayed in the app. Wallet, operational balance, earnings and settlement movements are recorded in JoyDrop’s ledger. Fraudulent deposits, reversals or payment evidence are prohibited.

6. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Cancellation charges may apply after a displayed grace period or when a rider has already committed time and distance. Refunds, fare reviews and disputes are decided using booking, route, payment, chat and support records. Contact support promptly if a charge or service is wrong.

7. Safety and acceptable conduct

Harassment, discrimination, threats, unsafe driving, prohibited goods, fraud, false documents, account sharing, location manipulation and misuse of another person’s information are forbidden. Follow traffic, safety, consumer-protection and all other applicable laws.

8. Suspension, termination and service changes

JoyDrop may pause, restrict or close access to protect safety, investigate fraud, address expired documents, comply with law or enforce these terms. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions or third-party map/infrastructure failures.

9. Intellectual property and communications

JoyDrop’s name, interface, software and content are protected. You may not copy, reverse engineer or misuse them except as allowed by law. You agree to receive service-related status, safety, account and support communications; optional permissions can be managed in device settings.

10. Liability and governing law

JoyDrop provides a technology platform and does not remove any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to direct, proven loss arising from the relevant JoyDrop service. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan and disputes are subject to competent courts in Pakistan.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as services or laws change and will publish the effective version. Questions may be sent to support@joydropcompany.com.
